Siding Replacement and Exterior Paint

For this Leadville home, we replaced the dated log-style siding with new lap siding for a cleaner, more modern look. We started by stripping the old siding and installing a new weather-resistant house wrap and moisture barrier to protect the structure from the harsh mountain climate. We then installed the new lap siding and finished it with a rich charcoal gray paint, complemented by crisp cream trim around the windows and corners. The result is a sharp, durable exterior that's built to stand up to Colorado weather for years to come.
