Bathroom Addition

his project transformed a previously unused space into a fully functional, modern full bathroom through a comprehensive build-out from the ground up. We began by framing and waterproofing a spacious walk-in shower enclosure, then installed drywall, applied joint compound, and finished surfaces to a smooth, professional standard. The shower was tiled with durable, high-quality materials for both aesthetic appeal and long-term performance. We installed a sleek floating vanity with integrated storage, complemented by a custom mirror and integrated LED lighting, while handling all electrical rough-in and final connections for outlets, switches, and fixtures. A high-efficiency toilet and premium shower system (including rain head, handheld, and controls) were added, followed by tile flooring laid throughout the space for a cohesive and easy-to-maintain finish. To optimize functionality in the compact footprint, we incorporated a space-saving pocket door for interior access and a distinctive barn door as a unique design feature. The project was completed with fresh paint in a neutral, timeless palette that unifies the room.
